Because all Party Pop Studio products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for:

• Customer change of mind
• Incorrect information submitted by customer
• Theme changes after production begins
• Delayed carrier shipping issues
• Failure to pick up orders

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake made by Party Pop Studio, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and order details so we can review and work toward a resolution.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before design work or production begins may be eligible for partial consideration at Party Pop Studio’s discretion.

Deposits/retainers are non-refundable.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Party Pop Studio currently offers local pickup, delivery (when available), and shipping on select products.

Processing Time

Orders typically require 7–14 business days for production depending on order size, customization needs, and seasonality.

Shipping

Shipping availability varies by product and order type. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided during invoicing.

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Please note: Party Pop Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, or incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
